A Stone's throw away

As you may have heard Australia's top ranked Bodyboarder Jake Stone has relocated to the wave rich shores of WA. He reports some super fun waves have been had since the move about a month ago. He's currently bunking down with big wave hell man Chad Jackson so expect to see some crazy images of Jake in the future. The above shot is from a high performance session at the wedge with Matt Lackey recently, thanks to TJM photography for the shot!

Welcome to the family...

Nick McNeil has joined the talented group of bodyboarders that make up the Eppo's Bodyboardshop team. Nick has been absolutely ripping over the last few months gaining praise from local photographers & filmers plus fellow Sunshine coast rippers like Jake Stone & Drew Innocend. The 21 year old is always keen to surf and gather footage & photos so expect to see a lot m0re of him in the coming months. Here's the clip that sealed the deal. Filmed/Edited by Jaden Dickey with additional footage from PJ Hadley.

Storm shooting

The sunshine coast has been lucky enough to be blessed with consistant 4ft+ swell for the past few weeks. The great run of waves has given local photographers plenty of oppourtunities to nail that perfect shot, one of the few leading the pack of local shooters is Ryan "stormboy" Jones. After spending alot of time filming bodyboarding Ryan has emerged as one of the Sunshine Coast's leading bodyboard photographers.
Here's a taste of some local waves seen through the lens of Ryan's 40D.
